Kwaku Boateng
Group Chairman & CEO for Consumer Goods Limited
Kwaku has several years management experience in Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain and factory operation. Experience were gained while working for Global Foods and Home and Personal Care giants.- Unilever and Tiger Brands. He also served at Corporate Board/Director level for Unilever and Tiger Brands in Ghana and Nigeria.
Key expertise are the areas of RTM strategy development and execution, managing Sales ,Distribution and Supply Chains and in building capabilities ( managing business start-ups , managing business turn around , managing for continuous productivity and coaching ) for sustainable results delivery. He has multi-cultural exposure and understanding having worked in several countries across the globe, held Regional/Cluster roles that involve cross country/continent delivery and travel -attending conferences , workshops and training seminars.
He is credited with the modernisation and expansion of the Route –to-market and Supply Chains of several Multinational companies in Africa. He is a Ghanaian, an engineer by profession ,holds membership in several professional bodies – Engineering, marketing and Institute of Directors and currently following a degree program in Leadership and sustainability..
Veronica Boateng
Group Vice Chairperson & CEO for Pinnacle Logic Technologies
Veronica has several years of management experience in ICT Consultancy & Advisory, ICT Software Development and Implementation, Quality Assurance, Enterprise Architecture, Business & Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Open Data, Data Science, Data Analytics. Experience were gained while working for the Ministry of Communications/National Information Technology Agency, SSNIT Ghana and CCH, USA. She serves at IIPGH Board and is the Founder and President of Ghana Women in IT.
Key expertise are the areas of IT strategy and policy development and execution, Document Digitization, ERP, ECM, DMS, e-Government Services, e-Commerce, e-Payment, e-Services. She has multi-cultural exposure and understanding having worked in several countries across the globe, held IT Directorship role, World Bank IT Applications Specialist and Key Principal roles that involve national delivery and travel -attending conferences, workshops and training seminars.
She is credited with IT professionalism, the modernisation and enhancement in technology in Ghana. She is an IT specialist by profession ,holds membership in several professional bodies in Information Technology and currently following a PHD degree program in Leadership and Computer Science.
