(2) The National Board shall determine the terms of reference, tenure, membership and other related aspects as may be necessary in rspect of the committees constituted under sub-rule (1) of this rule. (2) No traveling allowance or daily allowance shall be allowed to a member of the National Board or of any committee unless he certifies that he has not drawn any traveling or daily allowance from any other source in respect of the journey and halt for which the claim is made. (2) In the absence of both the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson, such other member present as is decided by the National Board shall preside over the meeting. (3) The Member of Parliament nominated to the National Board shall cease to be the Member of the National Board on his having ceased to the Member of the Parliament.
