Why is Netflix proudly putting its brand on it and featuring it as the first thing I see when I sign in? I thought it was going to be an interesting take on serial killer/supernatural horror with a capable lead, which is what I would usually expect from a Netflix original in this genre, and instead I wasted 90 minutes on one of the worst horror movies in modern history. However, all of that gets undone with its unsatisfying and inconclusive ending, which just leaves a really sour taste in your mouth.
There's quite a lot of red herrings and some are a little confusing as in the end the killer was just a serial killer who prys of people living in open houses.
